We will personally deliver and exchange your order the same day within the wider Nelson/Richmond area.
Outside of this area, an overnight courier will be used.

With all tags and stickers attached and in saleable condition.
Personalized products, or products that have been worn, are unable to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed when the returned garments have been received.
Due to bank processing times, please allow up to 10 days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be sent to the payment method you used at checkout.
