Can I customize my garment?

Some garments are able to be customized with a name, number, initials or other option.

Please see the specific product page for options available.

Ensure that all details are spelt correctly when filling in these options.

Can I return or exchange a garment?

As all garments are custom made to order, they can only be returned if faulty. Please check your order details carefully before placing order.

Can I try on a garment before purchasing?

Some clubs and schools have samples available for members to try on. Please check with your  co-ordinator to see if this is the case.

If your organisation does not have samples available, but you would like help with sizing, please contact [email protected] to arrange a fitting time.

How do I know what size I am?

Please reference the size charts on the product page. It is a good idea to measure one of your current garments and compare it to the spec sheet.

What do I do if I need a refund?

Please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for refund.

Please allow 8-10 working days for refund to appear after this has been processed.

What payment methods are available?

Currently the site allows for credit / debit card payment through stripe.

If your card is not compatible, or you are unable to pay with a card, please contact ProBrands to order manually and be invoiced.

All payments must be made before order cut off date.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed after the cut off date, and delivered between 1 and 3 weeks later.
You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
